2 large avocados, diced
Hass Avocado
1 vine ripened tomato, diced
Tomatoes Blueys Punnet
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
White Onion
3 to 4 tablespoons chopped coriander

Directions

  1. Into a bowl pace the avocado (reserving the seed), add remaining ingredients, season with sea salt and cracked pepper and gently mix to combine.
  2. Place the seed back into the dip to help prevent discolouration, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate until needed.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon into serving bowl and serve surrounded by your favourite chips or crackers.
