4 whole grain slices of bread, buttered and torn
Helga's Wholemeal Grain Loaf
1 small brown onion, diced
Red Onion
150g dried apricots, chopped
75g pistachio kernels, chopped

Directions

  1. To make the stuffing, simply place the ingredients in a bowl and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  2. Mix until thoroughly combined.
