Taken from the Italian word for stripes, “Riga,” this large-shaped pasta is much like oversized penne but cut flat at the ends and ridged so the sauce catches in the grooves. Rigatoni is fantastic in pasta bakes or with heavy, chunky sauces. We select only the finest grade Durum Wheat to make San Remo pasta. San Remo No. 22 Rigatoni 500g is made from 100% Australian Durum Wheat and cooks in 13 minutes.
