

Rice Crispy Easter Eggs
A cute Easter treat for the kids. Not only delicious and easy to make, but a fun activity for them too!

Makes 10 servings4 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal
300g of Marshmallows
60g of Butter
Directions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring until combined and the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Take the pan off the heat, add the rice cereal and mix well until all the rice crisps are coated.
- Spread mixture onto an oiled baking sheet pan and press down to form an even layer.
- Let the mixture cool slightly before using egg cookie cutters to cut them into shape.
- Decorate with coloured icing sugar or sprinkles of your choice.
