Starward Solera was our very first release and is crafted using the traditional solera maturation process. Aged in Australian Apera barrels, Solera offers a rich blend of fig and caramel with a lingering dry spice. Because of the continuous maturation and blending process, there is still a drop of our very first liquid in every bottle.
