Old El Paso Hard 'n Soft Mild Taco Kit Chipotle Chicken includes 5 Stand 'N Stuff taco shells, 5 soft tacos, 1 spice mix and 1 salsa for topping. It makes 10 tacos in 30 minutes and includes both Hard and Soft Tacos.

To make the tacos, just add 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced, 2 handfuls mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of grated cheese and 1 cup of sour cream. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the chicken breast cut into small, thin slices. Add the Chipotle spice mix and coat the meat evenly using a wooden spoon. Stir-fry the chicken over high heat for 5–7 minutes or until cooked.

Make the hard-shell tacos extra crunchy or warm the soft tacos. For the oven, preheat to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced), remove the taco shells from the plastic, keep the heat-proof wedge inside the shells to retain their shape, fan the tacos slightly apart on a tray and heat for 5 minutes. Alternatively, remove the taco shells from the plastic, place them on a microwaveable plate and heat for 30–40 seconds on full power at 1200 watts. Open the soft tacos pouch, discard the freshness sachet and microwave the soft tacos in the pouch on HIGH at 1100 watts for 15 seconds. Load the tacos with cooked chicken, shredded baby cos lettuce, chopped tomatoes, grated tasty cheese, drizzled sour cream and saucy salsa. Add a handful of chopped coriander.
