Castello Creamy Blue Cheese is a true star in our portfolio. Born from trying to merge the best qualities of both brie and blue type cheeses. The high proportion of cream in the milk used for production results in a soft buttery texture and a milky taste. We like to think it’s going to taste creamier than anything you have experienced before!
