Capilano’s 100% Australian Active Manuka honey is from the pristine Australian bushland where the native Manuka (Leptospermum) tree flowers. This tree is native to Australia and New Zealand, and the indigenous people from both countries have used Manuka for its healing properties for centuries. Hand collected by local beekeepers, Capilano Manuka honey is naturally rich in Methylglyoxal (MGO). Every batch is independently tested to guarantee its MGO and NPA (Non Peroxide Activity) levels. The higher the number the more potent the honey’s activity. All Capilano PET packaging is BPA-free.
