Deep Heat Original Heat Rub is a topical pain relief cream formulated with menthol 58.8mg/g and methyl salicylate 127.4mg/g. It provides penetrating heat for temporary relief of muscle, back, neck and shoulder pain, as well as strains, arthritic pain and joint pain. The cream is designed for targeted application and is worked into the affected area until fully absorbed. It can be reapplied 2-3 times daily as needed. The formula is also described as non greasy and does not stain clothes. This 100g cream is intended for external use only and should not be used with heat pads, on broken or irritated skin, or by children 6 years of age or less.
Active Ingredients
- Methyl Salicylate 127.4 mg/g, Menthol 58.8 mg/g.
Directions
Apply a thin layer and gently massage into affected area until completely absorbed into the skin. Wash hands immediately after use. Repeat 2-3 times daily as necessary.
Store below 30°C
Product Warnings
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Contains chloroxylenol as a preservative. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist or if irritation occurs, stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
DO NOT USE: If you are allergic to salicylates or with anti-coagulant medications. • On skin that is broken, cracked, sensitive or irritated. • If tube seal is broken or missing. • In conjunction with heat pads.
