Made locally in Gippsland Victoria to a traditional French-style recipe, Président Double Brie is luxuriously smooth, soft and very creamy. It will continue to develop naturally and will reach its fullest flavour and softness towards the end of its shelf life. Cosume earlier for a milder, firmer cheese.

 
Serving Suggestion: Pairs well with both green and black olives, tapenades and a fruit chutney or try something a little more robust like cured meats. 

 
Wine Pairing: Pairs best with a refreshing, crisp Riesling or fruity Cabernet Merlot.
