In just 25 minutes, you can create the most delicious curry. Simply fry onion. Sizzle the paste to release flavours and brown your meat or vegetables. Add tomatoes and simmer until all cooked through. Stir in the cream and butter. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with mini-pappadums or naans.
